Harvesting the Benefits
Most Mouth-Watering Interpretation of a Story,
Honourable Mention
As part of the Lakeshore Art's FOOD for THOUGHT
community arts project, "Harvesting
the Benefits", 44 stories were written by the members of the
community during the summer and fall of 2004. These stories were
then interpreted by visual artists. Dianne's Plum Dumplings was awarded an
honourable mention for Most
Mouth-Watering Interpretation of a Story. The stories and
the art they inspired hung from February 28 to March 30, 2005 at
Etobicoke's Assembly Hall and then from April 1 to 21, 2005 at the
Scarborough Civic Centre Gallery.
